We respond to all queries as soon as we can and always within 48 hours. If you would like to send us a return/refund request, please contact us by using the form below. If something you have seen on the website takes your fancy but you would like a variation of the product, please feel free to use the same form to chat about a custom order. Payment
Sara Thursfield Textiles accepts all major credit cards and through our payment processing partners Stripe and Paypal. These transactions are 100% ultra-secure handled on encrypted pages for added security. Please use the contact form above if you would like to pay via a different method.
Cancellations and Returns
After placing your order, you have 12 hours to cancel if you have changed your mind. To cancel an order, please make contact using the form above. In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with the product you have purchased from Sara Thursfield Textiles or if you have simply changed your mind for any reason, you may return the product to us. If you wish to return the item, you may notify us within 14 days of receipt and the item must be returned within a further fourteen days (28 days in total). Items must remain unused and remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are returned to us. The customer pays the return postage to Sara Thursfield Textiles and this amount is non- refundable unless the item is faulty. Once we have received the item and so long as it remains unused, you will receive a refund. The refund will be for the full price paid for the item and the initial outgoing postage cost.
On the rare occasion of the item being lost in the post, (this can occasionally occur if standard postage is selected at checkout) refunds or replacement items are given. N.B Please be aware that refunds cannot be given for personalized custom orders.
Delivery
As the items in Sara Thursfield Textiles shop are pre-made, they are ready to ship in one business day after payment has been received. Your order will be carefully and thoughtfully wrapped, packaged and shipped to you. You will receive an email from us when your order has shipped. If you are in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to check on the status of your order. Please ensure the address you supply is correct as our refund guarantee does not apply if incorrect or incomplete delivery information is submitted. All items for delivery in the U.K are sent by Royal Mail.
