How the Easter Egg Hanging Decorations Are Made
The handmade Easter eggs are formed onto polystyrene shapes making them extremely lightweight. There's no danger of these spring home decorations falling from the Easter tree and smashing! The large Easter decorations have a circumference (at their widest) of 27 cm and have a height of 12 cm (not including the top bows). The medium decorative hanging Easter eggs have a circumference of 23cm and a height of 10cm. The small set of three hanging Easter eggs each have a circumference of 18.5 cm and a height of 8 cm.
The hanging eggs have fabric coverings of either 100% cotton poplin fabric or luxurious cotton brocade. High grade satin ribbon has been carefully selected to harmonize with the fabric design on the Easter decor eggs and a loop created at the top of the spring ornaments for hanging purposes. Gorgeous lace - sometimes tea dyed to give a vintage appearance - embellishes the circumference of the Easter egg ornaments and the tops are completed with a double bow in either high grade satin or organza ribbon.
